Whether you're recruiting, prospecting, or networking, these badges give you strong signals about intent, status, and influence.

Why Use the Profile Badge Filter?

Badges are more than just labels—they reveal who’s actively job hunting, hiring, creating content, or building influence. The Profile Badge filter lets you quickly segment people by these signals so you spend less time guessing and more time connecting with the right crowd.

How to Use It

1. Open AI Ark.

2. Select People search.

3. Click the Profile Badge filter.

4. Choose how you want to filter:

   Include

   Select badges to only show people who have them.
   

   Available options:

   • Premium

   • Open to Work

   • Influencer

   • Hiring (Coming Soon)

   • Creator (Coming Soon)

Want to reach decision-makers? Include Hiring. Looking for job seekers? Add Open to Work.
Check multiple boxes to expand your reach.

Exclude

Use this to filter out people with specific badges.

• Don’t want to contact active job seekers? Exclude Open to Work.

• Want to focus on non-creators? Exclude Creator mode users.

• Works just like Include—just reverses the logic.
  

  

  More Filters (Include AND)

  Use this to layer additional certifications on top of your Include filter.

  • Combine Influencer and Hiring to find thought leaders who are building teams.

  • Pair Premium with Open to Work to find high-intent candidates.
