AI Ark helps you find the right people and companies faster—with smart, customizable filters that cut through the noise. The Include & Exclude List filter lets you apply pre-built contact or company lists to your searches—saving time and ensuring consistency across your team.
Instead of entering individual names or companies one by one, you can use saved lists to instantly include or exclude groups of people or companies from your search. Whether you're managing outreach, building account-based marketing campaigns, or skipping existing leads—this filter helps streamline the process.
Open AI Ark
Select either People Search or Company Search
Click on Include & Exclude List
At the top of the filter, select what kind of list you want to apply:
People – apply the filter to individual contacts
Companies – apply the filter to organizations
For both People and Company lists, you can apply one of three logic types:
Return only profiles that are part of the selected list(s).
Hide any profiles that are included in the selected list(s).
Return profiles that appear in all selected lists at the same time.
You can either:
Search by name
Or open the dropdown menu to browse lists
Inside the dropdown, you’ll see your saved lists organized into three categories:
All: all available lists you have access to
Mine: lists created by you
Shared: lists shared with you by teammates
