Why It MattersKnowing the difference helps you control how and when you get updates, so nothing important slips by.
NotificationsAppear in your Notifications Center
Used for updates like lists, saved searches , exports.
Persistent—you can check them anytime in the Notifications tab
Notifications stick around and can be reviewed later
Pop-upsTemporary messages that appear immediately on-screen while you're working
Used for real-time confirmations, errors, or quick actions (e.g. “Saved Successfully”)
Disappear after a few seconds or require you to click Close
Not stored—once they’re gone, they’re gone
Pop-ups are instant and short-lived
Where can I find notifications and pop ups?Easily click on notification icon on the top navigation bar.
View notifications based on your recent activity
You're all caught up? No recent activity means no notifications for now.
There’s no dedicated place to view all pop-ups. They appear briefly in the top-right corner while you perform an action..
You can close them by clicking on close.
